I am a worrier. The anxiety girl. I worry about almost everything. Then the other day I read this article about a ‘worry bank’.
Its like a piggy bank, only it’s a ‘worry bank’. Every time you worry about anything, no matter what it is write it down in a piece of paper, fold it and drop it in your worry bank. After a year (or a month even..in my case) when you break open your worry bank and read all papers you realize that only 1% of the things you worry about actually take place and even if the percentage is higher you realize that it wasn’t something too bad to worry about anyway.
Brilliant right? I tried it. And its works! you should too. if you worry as much as me.
