i think i might finally have mastered the art of….

beating monday morning blues.

i read it somewhere and decided to follow it last week. it actually worked!

Procedure :

today at work every time you find something to be grateful about at work make a note of it. in a book or put it down in a document on your desktop/ laptop.

find as many things as you can so that at the end of the day you have a long list. the longer the list the more good it will bring to your job/ work!

it could be even the small things such as the fact that you have a job in the first place. or how much you get to learn at your work or even about the people that make your work easier such as the receptionists, peons etc.

to bring success or just be happy at your job/ work place it is essential to be grateful for your job or work. and automatically the more gratitude you have the more you will have to be grateful about.
